Director
Morgan Brady is the Director of Pearl Interiors, where considered design meets strong creative leadership. With over a decade of international experience across leading agencies in New York and luxury Parisian brands, Morgan brings a global perspective and a refined design sensibility to every project. Known for translating complex client briefs into sophisticated, liveable interiors, Morgan leads the Pearl design team with clarity and intent. Her strength lies in uncovering what truly matters to each client, then shaping spaces that are both beautifully resolved and highly individual. From private homes to large-scale developments, Morgan’s work balances elegance with function, always grounded in the unique context of each project.
Timothy Brady
General Manager
As the General Manager of Pearl Interiors, Tim brings more than two decades of experience in project delivery, commercial management, and procurement. His career includes advising government and private clients on major capital projects, being a delivery project manager and running art galleries in Melbourne and New York. As such he applies a unique strategic lens and creative sensibility to the world of interior design. Tim oversees Pearl’s operations, finances, and growth strategy, supporting the creative team to deliver exceptional outcomes with clarity and confidence, ensuring Pearl can meaningful support clients of all sizes, without losing sight of what makes each project unique.
