Onboarding and concepts

We begin by collecting essential information through our online portal. We ask you complete a detailed client questionnaire and share any inspiration images to help us understand your style preferences and lifestyle needs. Room-by-room mood boards bring the project's visual story to life.

Design development

This is where your project really takes shape, as we evolve the design direction and bring clarity and cohesion to each element. 3D renders help to visualise completed design, before we move into sourcing and selection of materials, fittings and finishes.

Builder engagement and project management

Pearl Interiors' extensive network of trusted builders and tradespeople means we are well placed to recommend a suitable delivery team for you. From pre-contract to completion, we'll monitor progress and quality, providing regular site updates, so you can relax and be confident your project is staying on track and on budget.

We work on a range of residential interior design projects, including new builds, renovations, full home interiors, kitchen and bathroom design direction, furnishing projects, and home styling. Our work is suited to clients looking for a considered, high-end interior design experience on the Sunshine Coast, in Noosa, and across Australia.
Nine steps, grouped into three stages. Discovery and design covers onboarding, concepts and design development, with room-by-room mood boards and 3D renders so you see the rooms before anything is ordered. Schedules and documentation covers your materials, finishes, fittings and lighting schedules, then the full suite of technical drawings for tender and construction. Procurement and delivery covers builder engagement, trade-only sourcing, furniture and styling, and project management through to handover.
Yes. We regularly collaborate with architects, builders, and trades to help ensure the design is carried through with consistency and care. Working alongside your project team helps create a smoother process and better outcomes for your home.
Yes. We design to your budget rather than around it. A clear number from the start shapes the selections and keeps decisions moving, so the result feels considered and cohesive without losing sight of what is practical.
Yes. Seeing materials and finishes in person confirms colour, texture and scale in a way a sample photo cannot. It matters most when you are choosing finishes for a renovation or new build, where those choices are permanent.
Yes. On full service projects we handle sourcing, purchasing, ordering and delivery coordination, so the selections you signed off are the ones that arrive.
Yes. Existing furniture, artwork and sentimental pieces sit alongside new selections. A well-designed home does not need to start from scratch, and the mix is usually what makes it feel like yours.
A full service project, taking design through to documentation, runs to around six months. Scheduling services take around six weeks. Renovations and new builds sit at the longer end because they follow the build programme and product lead times. We give you a timeline for your specific scope at the start.
Yes. Our studio is in Noosa Heads and we work across Noosa and the Sunshine Coast, and we take on projects further afield when the scope suits. Online design support is available for some projects. Ask us on the discovery call.
