11:11 Media Studios

A commercial photography, podcast and media studio in Noosaville, designed and documented end to end by Pearl Interiors. We took an empty industrial warehouse and gave it warmth and character, layering arched detailing, mouldings and a considered materials selection so every surface feels decorated rather than simply built. Our scope covered the full interior design and construction documentation, with a real focus on the detailing that turns a raw shell into a finished space. We invested heavily in the floor plan and flow, shaping the layout around the business objectives and the way creative teams actually work, then expanded the original brief to include everything a working studio needs: dedicated makeup stations, multiple photography studios and shoot rooms, private changing rooms, a kitchen island that converts into a styling prop, a bar for events, and flexible staging for product. The result is a versatile Sunshine Coast studio that reflects just how far we grew the initial vision.
